Two women working side by side on Pilates reformers in a bright West Omaha studio

Strength.Recovery.Community.West Omaha's studio for Pilates, Lagree & yoga

Programming built on functional movement science and seasonal health, so every class meets you where your body actually is.

A multi-modality, community-first studio where strength training, recovery and seasonal health work live in the same room.

Most people end up splitting their week across a Pilates studio, a yoga studio, a gym and a physical therapist. We put reformer Pilates, Lagree, yoga and functional strength under one roof in West Omaha, with one team that talks to each other about you.

Every class is built on functional anatomy, Ayurvedic seasonal wisdom and pelvic floor-informed coaching. Most Omaha studios leave that depth to separate specialists.

Whatever your fitness level or stage of life, there's a room for you here, and a teacher who'll help you pick it.

Built for every body

A pelvic floor coach and a yoga therapist direct our programming, so modifications are built into every class from the start.

  • Pregnancy & postpartum. Pelvic floor-informed coaching and options in every class.
  • Injury, restrictions & chronic pain. Talk to your teacher first. Our staff yoga therapist can help too.
  • Adults 60+. Vital Ground builds strength, range and balance, in studio or on the live stream.
  • Athletes & teams. Private, semi-private and team coaching in our private room.

And when class is over, stay a while. The community lounge in our yoga room is there for exactly that.

Pilates vs. Lagree

The question we hear most. Both use a spring-loaded sliding carriage. The difference is pace and effort.

Pilates Reformer

Spring resistance on a sliding carriage builds core strength, control and alignment at a measured pace. Precise, and easy to scale.

Lagree

The Megaformer keeps your muscles under constant tension with slow, controlled movement. It's just as low-impact, but the effort is much higher, with strength and cardio in one class.

Founded in West Omaha

Ben and Sandy Tuscano founded The Core Collective to bring reformer Pilates, Lagree, kettlebells and yoga together under one roof, for a community that wants more than one kind of movement.

For programming and methodology they partnered with Erin Tomaso Smith and Kaitlin Faye Heavin, so every class, from a Lagree Level 1 to Yoga Nidra, is built on the same foundation.
