The Core Collective, LLC ("The Core Collective," "we," "us") runs this website and our studio at 16939 Wright Plaza #129, Omaha, NE 68130. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and message when you contact us, and details you share about goals, injuries or health so we can coach you safely.
- Booking and account information: when you buy a membership, book a class or sign a waiver, that happens through our studio management platform, Zipper. Zipper and its payment processors handle payment details. We don't store full card numbers.
- Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and manage your bookings, memberships and waivers
- To coach you safely, including modifications for injury, pregnancy or other needs you tell us about
- To send studio updates and our newsletter if you opt in. You can unsubscribe any time.
- To understand how people use our website and improve it, and to measure our advertising
- To meet legal, tax and safety obligations
How we share it
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio (such as Zipper for booking, payments and email, and analytics providers), when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our clients and staff.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're a client and as needed for legal, tax and liability purposes, including signed waivers.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing email, by writing to info@corecollectiveomaha.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online. A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for any participant under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
