Wall Ropes & Stall Bar Classes in Omaha

Yoga kurunta wall ropes and Vita Vibe stall bars (Swedish ladders), side by side. You won't find this setup anywhere else in Omaha.

Where

Yoga & Functional Movement Room · 10 stations

Our Yoga & Functional Movement room has ten stations, each with a stall bar (Swedish ladder) and a set of Iyengar-tradition wall ropes. We're the only studio in Omaha to offer both in one space.

The ropes use gravity and suspension to decompress the spine and open the hips in ways floor work can't reach. The stall bars do the opposite: active loading, grip, spinal elongation under resistance and pelvic floor engagement. Together they train your body to let go and to hold on well.

The classes

Rope & Rail

Wall ropes · Stall bars · Spinal decompression

Our signature apparatus class. Fifty minutes moving between the wall ropes (yoga kurunta, or "yoga puppetry") and the stall bars. Supported inversions and traction on the ropes, then active loading and grip work on the bars, guided by breath the whole way.

Level: No experience needed. We teach you every piece of apparatus. 50 minutes.

What to expect

  • Wall rope work for spinal decompression, joint traction and supported inversions
  • Stall bar sequences for spinal loading, shoulder stability and pelvic strength
  • Breath-led movement throughout, with no passive hanging
  • Your spine moved in every direction
  • Deep pelvic floor and core engagement

Pelvic Power

Pelvic floor · Nervous system · Functional strength

A breath-led, yoga-based class that blends functional movement (sometimes lightly loaded), yoga postures and pelvic floor integration, so your core, hips and nervous system learn to work together. Tools include the stall bars, a wall-rope pelvic sling, light load and balls.

Level: Open to every body and every stage of life, with supportive cueing. Includes time on hands and knees. Modifications are always available. Talk to your teacher before class about any wrist, knee or joint concerns.

What to expect

  • Breath and nervous system regulation
  • Pelvic floor and deep core coordination
  • Posture and alignment support
  • Releasing habits of gripping or bracing

Loaded Yoga

Kettlebell · Power yoga · Stall bars

Kettlebell training, power yoga and stall bar work in one class. The stall bars anchor you between loaded sequences for traction, active length and pelvic floor engagement.

Level: All levels. Kettlebell Foundations required first. Includes time on hands and knees. Modifications are always available. Talk to your teacher before class about any wrist, knee or joint concerns.

What to expect

  • Kettlebells inside yoga-based movement
  • Stall bar work between loaded sequences
  • Power postures held for precision
