These terms apply to your use of this website and to classes, sessions and services booked with The Core Collective, LLC. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them.
Bookings and memberships
Classes, memberships, class packs and private sessions are sold and booked through our studio management platform, Zipper. Current prices and membership terms are shown at checkout. Founding member rates stay locked while the membership remains active.
Cancellations, late cancels and no-shows
- You can cancel a class in the Zipper app up to 12 hours before start time with no penalty.
- Cancelling less than 12 hours before class is a late cancel. Unlimited members are charged a late-cancel fee to the card on file. Class-pack and drop-in clients forfeit that class credit or payment.
- Missing a reserved class without cancelling is a no-show. No-shows are charged a fee or forfeit one class credit.
- Repeated late cancels or no-shows may result in a temporary hold on future bookings.
Waiver and health
Every participant must sign our liability waiver before their first class. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program, and tell your teacher about injuries, pregnancy or conditions before class. Listen to your body and stop if something doesn't feel right.
Studio conduct
Grip socks are required for reformer and Lagree classes. Please arrive on time, follow instructor guidance on equipment use, and treat our community and space with respect. We may refuse or end service for unsafe or disrespectful behavior.
