Lagree Classes in West Omaha

High intensity, low impact. The Lagree Method keeps your muscles under constant tension on the Megaformer. Slow, controlled, and harder than it looks.

Lagree is a patented full-body method developed by Sebastien Lagree and performed on the Megaformer. It trains slow-twitch muscle fibers through time under tension: deliberate, sustained effort with no jumping and no pounding.

Our Lagree room opens with six Megaformers and will build out to nine. Start at Level 1, where you stay grounded while you learn the method's slow, controlled pace.

The classes

Lagree Level 1

Slow-twitch muscle · Grounded · Beginner-friendly

Level 1 keeps you grounded. At least one foot stays on the floor throughout, with no standing balance work on the carriage, so you can build strength and learn the method before adding instability.

Level: All fitness levels. Modifications and progressions offered throughout.

What to expect

  • Slow, controlled movement held under tension
  • Full-body work in every exercise
  • Always grounded, with no standing on the carriage
  • High output without high-impact stress on your joints

Lagree Level 2

Slow-twitch muscle · Standing carriage work · Instability

The same time-under-tension method, now with standing work on the carriage. Not every Level 2 class includes it, but it's part of the scope, so you should be comfortable with the Megaformer as a moving, unstable surface.

Level: Prerequisite: Lagree Level 1 or instructor assessment.

What to expect

  • Standing carriage work is part of this level
  • Sustained time under tension for the whole body
  • More challenge for balance and core stability
  • High output, low impact. You'll feel it for days.
