Frequently asked questions

Grip socks, parking, waivers, cancellations, and what sets Pilates apart from Lagree.

Answers

What's the difference between Pilates and Lagree?

Pilates reformer uses spring resistance on a sliding carriage to build core strength, control and alignment at a measured pace. Lagree uses a Megaformer the same way but keeps your muscles under constant tension with slow, controlled movement. It's low-impact like Pilates, but the effort is much higher, blending strength and cardio in one class.

Do I need grip socks?

Yes, for Lagree and reformer Pilates classes. They're optional for yoga.

What should I wear and bring to my first class?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, a water bottle, grip socks for reformer or Lagree, and a mat for classes in the yoga room.

How early should I arrive?

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit so you can finish your waiver and get oriented.

Is there parking?

Yes. Parking is free in the shared Legacy Shopping Center lot, with plenty of spots.

Is a waiver required?

Yes. Every client signs a digital liability waiver before their first class. We send it automatically through Zipper when you book or create your account, and it has to be signed before check-in.

How do I check in?

Check in through the Zipper app or at the front desk with our staff.

Do you offer modifications for pregnancy or injury?

Yes. Our programming is directed by a pelvic floor coach and a yoga therapist, so classes are designed with modifications for pregnancy, postpartum, injury, restrictions and chronic pain in mind. Talk to your teacher before class.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel in the Zipper app up to 12 hours before class with no penalty. Cancelling inside 12 hours counts as a late cancel: unlimited members pay a late-cancel fee, and class-pack and drop-in clients forfeit that class. No-shows are charged a fee or forfeit a class credit. Repeated late cancels or no-shows may put a hold on future bookings.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes. Private 1:1 coaching happens in our dedicated private coaching room. We also offer semi-private (1:2), small group and athletic team coaching.

Where is the studio?

16939 Wright Plaza #129 in the Legacy Shopping Center, West Omaha, easy to reach from Elkhorn, Regency, Gretna and the rest of Omaha.

When do you open?

We're opening in October 2026. Founding memberships are available through November.
