Kettlebell Classes in West Omaha

Not a boot camp. A careful, technique-first practice that builds real strength for everyday life.

Where

Yoga & Functional Movement Room

Kettlebell training at The Core Collective builds hip hinging, pressing, pulling and rotational power through the patterns your body is designed for. Stall bar work between sets decompresses the spine, engages the lats for overhead stability and anchors the pelvic floor.

Everyone starts with Kettlebell Foundations. It's required before any loaded class, and bells are provided.

The classes

Kettlebell Foundations

Learn the bell · 30–45 minutes

The fundamentals every loaded class here is built on: the hinge, swing, goblet squat, press and carry, plus breath mechanics and pelvic floor engagement. Technique isn't just for beginners. Everyone comes back to it.

Level: Required before Loaded Yoga, Functional Kettlebell and any loaded floor class. All levels. Bells provided.

What to expect

  • The hip hinge
  • The swing, powered by the hips instead of the arms
  • The goblet squat
  • The press and overhead stability
  • The carry
  • Breath and pelvic floor engagement

Functional Kettlebell

Strength · Conditioning · Movement skill

The swing, press, carry and hinge, progressed with smart loading and stall bar work between sets. You'll get real coaching, not drill-sergeant shouting.

Level: Beginners welcome. Kettlebell Foundations required first.

What to expect

  • Foundational kettlebell patterns
  • Stall bar work for decompression and stability
  • Technique-first progression
  • Core and pelvic floor in every movement

Loaded Yoga

Kettlebell · Power yoga · Stall bars

Strength training folded into yoga practice. Somatic opening, then weighted flows, kettlebell sequences and stall bar work for spinal decompression and pelvic stability. It's challenging, and you'll have support the whole way.

Level: All levels. Kettlebell Foundations required first. Includes time on hands and knees. Modifications are always available. Talk to your teacher before class about any wrist, knee or joint concerns.

What to expect

  • Kettlebells inside yoga movement patterns
  • Stall bar work between loaded sequences
  • Power postures held for precision
  • Nervous system regulation throughout
